We could draw up your initial plans and get the project through the planning permission stage.

Full Management

 We could carry out the project from start to finish, acting as the client’s one point of contact throughout the project. This includes the planning permission stage as well. There will be structured monitoring of the works with one-on-one site visits and one evening with the client per week to discuss progress etc. This type of management also entails taking the build through to the completion certificate with the local authority i.e. council.

Part Management

We could carry out a project set up including plans for planning permission and then pass all the relevant information straight to you. We can set up a complete program of works from tradesmen to materials which will leave you with a start and finish date. Any potential disputes between the tradesmen and yourselves would be resolved quickly.
